How RunKarobar collects, uses and protects your information.

RunKarobar (also referred to as StaffHQ), a product of ZEEZTECH, is a business management app for Android, iOS and the web that lets business owners manage staff attendance, leave, payroll, inventory, point of sale, customers and an online store, and lets staff members clock in and out, view tasks, leave and payslips. This policy explains what information the app collects, how it is used, and the choices you have.
RunKarobar is used by businesses to manage their own staff and customers. For records that a business enters or generates about its employees and customers (for example names, salaries, attendance and bills), that business is the data controller and Zeez Tech processes the data on its behalf. If you are an employee using the app, contact your employer for questions about how your records are used. Zeez Tech is the controller for account and device data described below.

The app does not collect contacts, calendar data, audio, browsing history, advertising identifiers or analytics on how you use the app. The app does not show advertisements.
We do not sell personal information and do not share it with third parties for advertising.
Account, staff, attendance and sales records are kept for as long as the business's RunKarobar account is active, and afterwards for as long as required by applicable tax and employment law, unless deletion is requested earlier. Push tokens are deleted on sign-out. Face descriptors are deleted when the employee is removed by the business or when face verification is switched off.
All data is transmitted over HTTPS (TLS). Passwords are stored as salted hashes. Access to production data is restricted to authorised personnel.
Under India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 and other applicable laws you may have additional rights, including the right to withdraw consent and to lodge a complaint with the relevant authority.
RunKarobar is a business tool intended for users aged 18 and over. We do not knowingly collect data from children.
We will post any changes to this policy on this page and update the effective date. Material changes will be announced in the app.
